GA4 email reports for every product you run

Connect GA4 once. Each Monday, Plask emails you every product's visitors and the change on the week before, in the email itself, not in an attachment. Add revenue later and profit shows up next to it.

Sample data. This is the weekly email for a product with GA4 and no revenue source yet.

What lands in your inbox

One email, in this order:

  1. The headline: visitors, or profit once revenue is connected, and the change on the period before.
  2. The numbers: visitors, plus revenue, ad earnings, spend and costs, profit and MRR when those sources are connected. A dash means a source isn't connected, never a made-up zero.
  3. Every product, with its change, so the one that slipped stands out.
  4. Needs a look: any connection that stopped syncing, with a link to fix it.
  5. Data through: the last day every source has reported, so you never compare a half day.

On Pro the same email also carries up to three Focus cards (what to look at this week, with the numbers behind it) and the verdicts on your recent markers.

Sample data. The weekly email with revenue connected.

When it arrives

Weekly, on Pro: Monday morning (UTC), covering Monday to Sunday of last week, compared with the week before.

Monthly, on Free: on the 3rd, covering last month, compared with the month before.

It goes to the address you sign in with. Turn it off in Settings or with the link in any email.

No revenue source needed

Sign in with Google and give Plask read-only access to GA4. Pick your properties, or single web and app streams, and put each one on a product. That is the whole setup. When you're ready, connect Stripe, RevenueCat, App Store Connect or Google Play, and revenue and profit join the same email.

Read-only: Plask can't change your GA4 settings.

Can GA4 email reports by itself?

Yes. A GA4 administrator can schedule a standard or custom report by email: daily, weekly, monthly or quarterly, as a PDF or CSV, to people who already have access to the property, for up to 12 months at a time. Each schedule sends one report.

That works well for one site. If you run several products, you get one attachment per report per property, and you work out the change yourself. Plask sends one email across all your products, with the change already worked out and the numbers in the email.

Questions

Can GA4 send reports by email on its own?

Yes. A GA4 administrator can schedule a report as a PDF or CSV, daily to quarterly, to people with access to the property, for up to 12 months at a time. Plask sends one email across all your products, with the change worked out.

Do I need Stripe or a revenue source?

No. The email works with GA4 alone and shows visitors and their change. Revenue and profit appear when you connect a payment or store source.

Does it cover apps and websites?

Yes. Map a whole GA4 property or single web, iOS or Android streams to a product.

Can I send it to a teammate or client?

Not yet. It goes to the address you sign in with.

Can Plask change anything in my GA4?

No. It asks for read-only access.

What does it cost?

Free covers one product with a monthly email. Pro is $5 a month or $48 a year and covers every product, with a weekly email, Focus cards and alerts.

How do I stop it?

Switch it off in Settings, or use the unsubscribe link in any email.
