What to write about

• Support. A source that won't connect, a number that looks wrong, or a question about a feature. Say which product and which source, and never paste a key or token into an email.
• Billing. Plan changes, receipts and refunds. You can also manage your plan yourself under Settings, then Billing.
• Your data. Export or deletion requests, and questions about what is stored. The privacy policy lists what Plask keeps and for how long.
• Security. Report a vulnerability to the same address, with the subject “Security”.

Who runs Plask?

Plask (plask.dev) is built and run by Torstein Skulbru, a solo developer in Bergen, Norway. More on the about page. The terms of service cover the agreement between you and Plask.
